1. Captain of your own picnic boat

2. Underground Art exhibitions

Walk around the area and peek into the creative workshops, held by local startups or artist that are scattered around the area. Take the chance to come home with something creative and unique.

• Torvehallerne – Mingle amongst seasonal herbs and berries. Taste fresh seafood and fine cut meat. A sit-down dinner here is amongst the best in town.
• Broens gadekøkken (The Bridge Street Kitchen) – Gourmet food moved out from the restaurant's kitchen to a cozy bridge by the water. Not hungry? Just enjoy drinks, beer or the best coffee in Copenhagen.

5. Walk the line

Walk 50 meters up and challenge yourself on the Urban Hight Roping course, the world’s highest indoor high roping course. The old shipyard offers the perfect venue. Try four different courses with 28 different challenges along the way.

6. Swim along the Copenhagen skyline

Islands Brygge.

Architects got commissioned to build a magnificent open-air bathing complex in the center of Copenhagen. The result was Islands Brygge Harbor Bath, not far from Scandic Webers. The area is right by the harbor with five pools, including two specifically for kids, diving towers and green areas.

During the summer locals gather too cool down and enjoy their picnic basket. If you’re out exploring during summer, this is a must stop to cool down and really soak up the city sun.
