The agreement runs from registration, where the terms are approved digitally, until it is terminated. The agreement is valid for up to 5 years. The agreement can be terminated by either party with at least three (3) months' notice. The termination must be in writing.
The agreed dynamic Corporate Web Only prices are automatically linked to Scandic's published price products Flex, Change, and Save, and include breakfast. Price and availability are controlled by supply and demand and can change daily.

The discount applies to the total room price for all room categories. Scandic reserves the right to change the above terms (days before arrival, discount, and availability) every year. A maximum of 4 rooms can be booked at the agreement price in a single booking, subject to availability. Prices include breakfast.
In addition to the agreed dynamic Corporate Web Only prices, the agreement includes a 5% discount on meetings and conference packages in Norway (minimum 10 people).
The customer's booking code must be provided when booking to apply the agreed prices. Booking can only be made via Scandic's websites www.scandichotels followed by .no, .de, .fi, .de, .se, or .com. For booking meetings and conferences, it can be done via Scandic's websites www.scandichotels followed by scandichotels.no/meeting, scandichotels.se/meeting, scandichotels.dk/meeting, scandichotels.de/meeting, scandichotels.fi/meeting. (Meetings with up to 25 people can easily be booked via our websites, and all hotels can receive inquiries on our websites).

The customer and Scandic shall keep this agreement confidential and not make any part of it available to third parties. The industry rules for individual hotel stays in the respective Nordic countries apply in relation to this agreement. For hotels outside the Nordic region, each hotel shall confirm which rules apply upon request.
Neither party assumes any responsibility for deficient or delayed fulfillment of obligations under this agreement (1) if and to the extent the deficiency or delay is directly or indirectly caused by fire, flood, natural disaster, lockout, blockade, acts of war, terrorism, riots, or similar extraordinary events beyond the parties' control, (2) provided that the party not fulfilling the obligations is not at fault and the deficiency or delay could not have been avoided with reasonable precautions.
This agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes arising from this agreement should first be sought resolved amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, any dispute will be handled in accordance with the rules of the Dispute Act. Generally, a dispute related to a hotel stay must take place either in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located or in the jurisdiction where the guest resides.
